Subprocessors

1. Purpose

This list identifies the primary third-party processors used to deliver Noteroom cloud features.

2. Current Subprocessors

  • Supabase - Database, authentication, storage, and realtime infrastructure for account and project data
  • Stripe - Payment processing and subscription billing; card data is handled by Stripe, not stored in full by Noteroom
  • Hostinger / Hosting Infrastructure - Web hosting and delivery infrastructure for support and application surfaces
  • Google OAuth - Optional social authentication flow

3. Data Categories

Depending on feature usage, subprocessors may process account identifiers, authentication tokens, project content, billing identifiers, and service metadata.

4. Transfer Safeguards

When required, cross-border transfer safeguards are handled through vendor contractual and technical controls.

5. Change Notifications

Material subprocessor changes are reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Enterprise customers can request advance notification workflows through contractual channels.

6. Vendor Due Diligence And Contact

Noteroom performs risk and contractual review before onboarding subprocessors, including security and data protection expectations appropriate to service risk.
