Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Plan Charges
Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
At checkout, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
Unless expressly stated, plan fees are not prorated for partial billing periods.
2. Automatic Renewal Disclosure
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for your selected plan unless canceled before renewal.
Renewal terms are presented during checkout and account subscription management flows.
3. Trials And Promotional Pricing
If a trial or promotional period is offered, the paid subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial/promo period unless canceled before conversion.
Any trial or promotion limits are as stated at offer time and may be modified or withdrawn to prevent abuse.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel through account settings and Stripe customer portal links.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues through the current paid period unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
5. Refunds
Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
If required by local consumer law, statutory rights override this policy.
6. Failed Payments And Dunning
If renewal fails, we or Stripe may retry payment. Service features may be limited, downgraded, or suspended if payment remains unsuccessful.
7. Price Or Tax Changes
We may adjust plan pricing or tax treatment. Where required, changes are disclosed before taking effect on renewal.
8. Chargebacks And Fraud Controls
We may suspend service access for confirmed chargebacks, fraud signals, or abuse pending investigation.
Before initiating a chargeback, contact support so we can investigate and resolve billing disputes where possible.
